How It Works

Four steps to building
something real.

01

Join Your Local Chapter

Connect with a Rejoice Christian Ministry & Entertainment team in your area — or start one. You'll be matched with a mentor who guides you through your first 90 days.

02

Share Products You Believe In

Our product line is built around community wellness. Share them with your network the way you'd recommend anything you love — authentically.

03

Build Your Team

Invite others who share your values. As your team grows, so does your income. Every person you mentor multiplies your impact and your earnings.

04

Reinvest in Your Community

A portion of every sale goes directly to local causes your chapter chooses. Your business activity funds the change you want to see.

Contracted Position

Rejoice Independent Representative

The Rejoice Independent Representative (RIR) is a contracted position paid directly by Community Service Agents (CSAs) to recruit and contract services across all partner tiers. RIRs earn a flat per-partner fee for every qualified position they bring into the network.

How RIR compensation works: CSAs hire RIRs to grow the partner network on their behalf. For each qualified partner position an RIR successfully contracts — CRC ($10), PSP ($7.50), CBS ($5.00), or a new CSA ($2.50) — the RIR receives the corresponding flat fee directly from the contracting CSA. This is a service-based contracted role, separate from the 7×5 Matrix partner commission structure.

Contracted Positions

Community Resource Officers & Representatives

Two distinct income structures serve the Community Resource Center — one for managers, one for members.

Role 1

Community Resource Officer

CRO — Manager Position

The Community Resource Officer (CRO) is a manager position paid directly by their Community Resource Center (CRC). CROs do not participate in the flat fee referral program. Instead, CRO income is drawn from two CRC sources: 50% from CRC partnership fundraising and 40% from the CRC partnership income opportunity matrix.

Mentorship & Apprenticeship Program

Life Skills Business & Professional Coach

Businesses and professionals are paid through our network's residual income opportunity to train and develop new talent — helping individuals achieve financial independence through our Mentorship & Apprenticeship Program (MAP).

Paid via Residual IncomeMentorship & Apprenticeship Program (MAP)

Train New Talent

Coaches work directly with apprentices, providing hands-on life skills, business fundamentals, and professional development tailored to each individual's goals.

Residual Income Opportunity

Coaches earn through the network's residual income structure — the more talent they develop and place within the network, the greater their ongoing earnings.

Financial Independence

MAP is designed to give every participant — coach and apprentice alike — a clear, structured path to financial independence through skill-building and community support.

How MAP Works

01
Qualify as a Coach
Businesses and professionals within the Rejoice network apply to become certified Life Skills Coaches through MAP.
02
Accept Apprentices
Coaches are matched with apprentices seeking mentorship in business, professional skills, and financial literacy.
03
Deliver Training
Coaches provide structured mentorship sessions covering life skills, business development, and career readiness.
04
Earn Residual Income
As apprentices grow and succeed within the network, coaches earn ongoing residual income tied to the network's performance.

Pre-Matrix Launch Events

QuickStart Fastrack Programs

Before the 7×5 Matrix begins, every new PSP and CRC launches their network through a one-time QuickStart Fastrack event. These events raise startup funds, disburse them to key partners, and set the stage for full matrix networking. Each new PSP and CRC is entitled to only one QuickStart Fastrack event.

Common Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need sales experience?

Not at all. Most of our top earners had never sold anything before joining. We provide full training, and the community model means you're sharing, not selling.

How much does it cost to start?

Our starter kit is $49. That covers your first product samples, training access, and onboarding with a mentor. No hidden fees.

How soon can I start earning?

Most members make their first commission within 30 days. Your first goal is simply to share the products with people you already know.

Is this a pyramid scheme?

No. Pyramid schemes make money from recruitment alone. We earn from real product sales to real customers. Recruitment grows your team, but income comes from products moving — not people joining.

Can I do this alongside my current job?

Absolutely. Most members start part-time. The flexibility is one of the biggest reasons people join — you set your own schedule.
