Contracted Position
The Rejoice Independent Representative (RIR) is a contracted position paid directly by Community Service Agents (CSAs) to recruit and contract services across all partner tiers. RIRs earn a flat per-partner fee for every qualified position they bring into the network.

Two distinct income structures serve the Community Resource Center — one for managers, one for members.
CRO — Manager Position
The Community Resource Officer (CRO) is a manager position paid directly by their Community Resource Center (CRC). CROs do not participate in the flat fee referral program. Instead, CRO income is drawn from two CRC sources: 50% from CRC partnership fundraising and 40% from the CRC partnership income opportunity matrix.

CRR — Member Position · Ages 14+
The Community Resource Representative (CRR) is a member position open to CRC members ages 14 and older. CRRs are paid exclusively through the referral program — earning a flat fee for each qualified partner position they bring into the network. CRRs may elect to convert their referral income to cash valued points via their structured income distribution.

Mentorship & Apprenticeship Program
Businesses and professionals are paid through our network's residual income opportunity to train and develop new talent — helping individuals achieve financial independence through our Mentorship & Apprenticeship Program (MAP).
Coaches work directly with apprentices, providing hands-on life skills, business fundamentals, and professional development tailored to each individual's goals.
Coaches earn through the network's residual income structure — the more talent they develop and place within the network, the greater their ongoing earnings.
MAP is designed to give every participant — coach and apprentice alike — a clear, structured path to financial independence through skill-building and community support.
Pre-Matrix Launch Events
Before the 7×5 Matrix begins, every new PSP and CRC launches their network through a one-time QuickStart Fastrack event. These events raise startup funds, disburse them to key partners, and set the stage for full matrix networking. Each new PSP and CRC is entitled to only one QuickStart Fastrack event.

Join the Community Service & Business Christian Network (CSBCN) as a Community Service Agent (CSA) — absolutely free of any initial charge, fees, or costs. Your faith is your only requirement.
Start inviting others to join your community chapter as paid partners (CSA, CRC, PSP, CBS) or free members. Include RIR and CROAR positions — the choice is theirs! Grow your network organically through outreach.
Plan your 49 professional and 7 organizational QuickStart Fastrack events when ready. Each event grows your community larger than before and helps more people in the process!
Phase 1 Income
As a CSA, you earn income from every QuickStart Fastrack event you facilitate — both professional and organizational. Plan 56 total events to unlock your full launch income before residual earnings begin.
Each professional team event (PSP QuickStart Fastrack) earns the CSA $100. Facilitate 49 of these events to earn $4,900 in professional event income.
Each organizational group event (CRC QuickStart Fastrack) earns the CSA $560. Facilitate 7 of these events to earn $3,920 in organizational event income.
Phase 2 Income
After completing your QuickStart Fastrack events, you're ready to start earning steady monthly and quarterly residual income — for life.
Base monthly residual income earned through your active 7×5 matrix network.
Quarterly performance bonus paid on top of your monthly residual income.
$1,533/mo × 12 + $1,500/qtr × 4 = $18,396 + $6,000 = $24,396 base annual income.
By helping 2,401 new CSAs join globally, you earn $47 per new CSA — unlocking a massive additional monthly residual income stream on top of your base pay.
