Partnership Referral Network

A self-sustaining referral cycle.

Each paid partnership tier refers the next — up to 7 partners per level — creating a circular network that grows exponentially. Every referral earns a share of the $50/month partnership fee.

Contracted Positions

Community Resource Officers & Representatives

Two distinct contracted roles serve the Community Resource Center — one for managers, one for members. Each has a separate income structure.

Role 1

Community Resource Officer

CRO — Manager Position

The Community Resource Officer (CRO) is a manager position paid directly by their Community Resource Center (CRC). CROs do not participate in the flat fee referral program. CRO income is drawn from two CRC sources.

Common questions

When is the $50/month fee charged?

The partnership fee is collected after your application is reviewed and approved. Our team will contact you with payment instructions within 1–2 business days.

Can I upgrade from Free to a paid tier later?

Yes. Free members can apply for a paid partnership at any time. Your loyalty points and referral history carry over.

What is the difference between CSA and CBS?

CSA is for individual entrepreneurs building a referral-based business. CBS is for established businesses that want to sponsor and reach the community as a brand.

Do Free members earn cash back?

Yes. Free members earn 5% cash back on every marketplace purchase and receive referral rebates up to 5 levels deep through our loyalty program.

What is a Community Resource Officer (CRO)?

A CRO is a contracted manager position within the Community Resource Center. CROs are paid directly by their CRC — receiving 50% from the Partnership Fundraising Program and 40% from the Partnership Income Opportunity Matrix (90% total). CROs do not participate in the flat fee referral program.

What is a Community Resource Representative (CRR)?

A CRR is a contracted member position open to CRC members ages 14 and older. CRRs earn flat fees exclusively through the referral program: CRC $10.00 · PSP $7.50 · CBS $5.00 · CSA $2.50 per qualified partner position contracted through their network.

Can a CRR convert their referral income to points?

Yes. CRRs may elect to convert their referral income to cash valued points (1 pt = $1.00) through their structured income distribution. Points are redeemable as gift certificates and coupons with store vendors and community partners.

Can the same person hold both a CRO and CRR position?

No. CRO and CRR are separate contracted roles with distinct income structures. The CRO is a manager role paid by the CRC from fundraising and matrix income. The CRR is a member role paid solely through the flat fee referral program. Each role is held independently.
